Set against the quiet beauty of Amangiri, we let the warmth of the desert light, natural textures, and soft architecture guide our approach. We took our time with the space, noticing where the light fell and how it changed the surfaces around us.
Working primarily with analog mediums, including 35mm film and Super 8, we embraced the imperfections, movement, and nostalgia of the process. There’s something tactile about working this way. You make choices in the moment, then wait to see what comes back. A little blur or an unexpected shift in color can become the part of an image you feel most connected to.
